How To Make PERFECT Crepes ALL THE TIME | Easy Crepe Recipe
This is another family recipe of ours that I love making all year around and will teach you an easy recipe for how to make PERFECT crepes all the time. Making crepes really is easier than you think! The key is to get the batter just right and free of clumping. You don’t want your crepes too thin or too thick but, in my video, I’ll show you special techniques and tips to get them soft, tender and of course perfectly delicious! Watch as I also show you crepes plating ideas that will really impress your family, friends and guests.
So how do you enjoy your crepes? I sometimes enjoy them on their own but mostly with sweet fillings such as a slathering of luxurious hazelnut spread (Nutella) or stuffed with sweet berries served with a dusting of icing (powdered) sugar.
In this video, I will show you different ways to eat crepes that you and your family can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dessert as we do in our family. The only watch out is that you can’t have only one!

Ingredients & Instructions:
5 eggs
6 cups of milk
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
Hazelnut spread (Nutella)
Small berries of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
Instructions:
1.Mix ingredients well by hand blender for smooth mixture to remove any lumps.
2.Heat your crepe pan on high heat.
3.*Watch for special instructions and skills using the water test, techniques on greasing and mixture spreading along with plating tips that I showed in the video.
