❌ Check out the ingredients and you’ll have the enlightenment. Most of these so-called heathy breakfast cereals contain 60-70% carbohydrates out of which 50% is sugar 😠
⛔️ The next time you are about to buy a pack, make sure to check the ingredients. I am sure you’ll not buy it
‼️ Always remember that marketing and packaging don’t matter. The only thing that matters is the ingredients
Instead, switch to things like
✅ plain rolled oats and make nice puddings at home along with chia seeds and fruits
✅ homemade granola
✅ baked oatmeals
