You wouldn’t know it walking by but every morning, long before most are out of bed, the team at Victoria’s Hot and Cold Cafe is in the kitchen making a massive pot of what’s become an extremely popular soup. They wouldn’t give away the entire recipe, but Joe Perkins was able to get an inside look at how the Cook Street Village creates its yellow coconut curry soup.
