Inspired by a wonderful conversation with a patient who fell pregnant with one functional fallopian tube after an #ectopicpregnancy & now she has fallen pregnant, unexpectedly 😆
I thought I would explain how it is possible to fall pregnant with one fallopian tube - how it can move a little to the opposite side with no tube but functional ovary and literally hoover up an egg!
