Designed by New Practice Studio in 2018, the restaurant Hunan Slurp has a receptive atmosphere, illuminated by the dialogue between a wooden screen and a white plaster wall. A continuous volume is formed from the storefront into the interior, creating a connection between the street and the eating house. “Hunan Slurp” refers to the process of eating rice noodles, and their dishes are created by the Chinese artist and chef Chao Wang.
