Paid for a grass trimming machine with 2 batteries, they shipped only 1 !
Then they have the audacity to dispute my return, luckily I predicted their BAD FAITH behavior and recorded a video during the return process at J&T itself. If Shopee cannot protect the customers from these types of sellers, I guess I will start a campaign soon !
