I picked up a wedge of Lion's Mane on agar and decided to inoculate a jar of sterilized rye grain with it. This was my first time working in the still air box (SAB) that I built earlier in the month, and I definitely learned a lot. I'd love any comments on improvements that I can make. I'm going to be doing a timeline of the colonization of this grain jar; I'll have that posted when there are results, good or bad!
