Used this special ingredient in fish curry with or without tamarind to get a tasty fish curry and it is easy to make in minutes.
INGREDIENTS - Step 1
3-4 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 tsp of Salt
1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
1 Green Chilli
1 Onion Large
12-15 Curry leaves
1 Tomato Large
1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Salt OR as required
200g -700g Fish
1 piece Malabar Tamarind/Garcinia Cambogia
OR 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
3 tbsp of Olive Oil OR Cooking Oil
1-2 tablespon Coriander Leaves
