This vedio show us the testing and basic steps of using nitriding light weight cast iron fry pan at home.

Step 1 : I put the pan on gas stove without anything in the pan to check its change in 7 minutes. The result is little change.

Step 2 : Let's have a pretreatment to this pan before first use it, heat the pan and wipe cooking oil or animal fat in the inner wall of pan. You can repeat this step 2-3 times.

Step 3 : It may have some buildup and color change after the pretreatment. Wash it in water and clean it completely.

Step 4 : Dry it on the gas stove with slow fire till the water is disappear. Then we wipe the inner and outer wall of the pan with a little cooking oil.

It is a simple way to use nitriding light weight fry pan. It is same steps for the cast iron Chinese wok.
