Learn how to stop stomach upset during a race
Any sort of abdominal symptom during a triathlon is rubbish. Stomach upset like diarrhoea, cramps, stitches or bloating during a triathlon can ruin your race. Whether it's a sprint triathlon or ironman triathlon, stomach cramps during the run in a triathlon can make you have to slow down or even stop.
In this video we go through why some of the reasons why you get a stitch when you run, or perhaps why you get stomach upset when you run. Do you know why you get a side stitch during a triathlon?
