(Note: You do NOT have to update the image file on your SD card! Only do this if you really want to, or if you've damaged your SD card and need to recreate it. We recommend using a different SD card if downloading and writing a new image. Always backup your original SD card!)
1) Download Win32DiskImager:

After logging in and defining your radio, set the hotspot security password in the "Self Care" section.
