Hello, I am Dahai . This is my first piece of transcription. It's adapted by Peter sintler. Lang Lang plays the piano piece jasmine.
This is the most moving Jasmine I've ever heard. It's popular and elegant. Compared with other dazzling Jasmine versions, I believe this version is more acceptable. When I first heard this song, I found the video of station Bilibili, which lasted more than three minutes. Lang Lang is wearing a white suit. The warm white light of the studio background, the slowly moving lens and the first chord reveal the purity of jasmine, which deeply attracts me.
At that time, I wanted to play this song. Later, I learned that Lang Lang's piano book included this song. But when I opened the score, I was a little disappointed because it was very different from the version Lang Lang played. For example, the fourth variation, the traditional Jasmine melody, was not included in the score. Later I learned that this was Lang Lang's improvisation, and I couldn't get up on my knees.
Lang Lang played a new version of jasmine in his recent concert. He gave up the third variation of the five variations in the album, and added colorful improvisation to the last variation. He changed the original high-speed downward arpeggio at both ends to one up and one down, with symmetrical center and more brilliant ending than the original one. But I only picked out the notes in the album, because that is the melody deeply engraved in my mind after listening to it for hundreds of times, which makes the work easier.
In this score, I refer to the harmony of the piano book, and then add Lang Lang's improvisation and the decorative sound of the hand of God. Of course, when I checked later, I found that some decorative sounds were missing, but my time and energy were limited, so I didn't revise them any more. Lang Lang said that we can play our own unique Jasmine according to our own thoughts, so this has become my reason to be lazy. Ha ha ha.
