Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, Thorbjorn Jagland, announces the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize for 2013 in Oslo on Friday. The accolade is awarded to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the global watchdog, for its role in overseeing the disarmament and destruction of Syria's chemical weapons arsenal
