There has been discrimination against Muslims and no one can deny it. We are fighting for our legal rights," Rejecting the SC's decision to allot an alternate land to the Muslim parties, he further said, "The entire nation is marching on the way of being a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. I am only scared that there are many Masjids- where the Sangh Parivar will claim rights."

The Nirmohi Akhara also suffered a setback with the court saying it is not a ‘shebait’ or devotee of the deity Ram Lalla.
