Step 1
Put your hands behind your back.
Protrude the lower jaw forward and turn the head left and right 10 times.

Use your tongue to touch the roof of your upper teeth. and turn the head left and right 10 times

Step 2
Use the tongue to lick the upper lip from the left and right corners of the mouth 10 times.

Step 3
Use the tip of your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth then roll the push out for 30 seconds.

Step 4
Touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue and make a gum-like movement for 30 seconds.

Step 5
Place the tip of the tongue on the upper palate and flick the tongue down 30-40 times.

Step 6
Touch the tip of your tongue to your upper teeth. ​Open your mouth slightly. Move it up for 20 seconds.

Step 7
Open mouth slightly Push your lower jaw forward as far as you can, hold for 10 seconds and step back, do 5 times

Do all this 3-4 times a day.

Bite correction exercises are slow to see results, which will take several months and must practice regularly.
