Losing a partner is one of life’s most painful experiences. I never imagined I would see the day when I would have to do life without my husband, but after he passed in 2019, there came a point where I had to make a choice.
In this video, I share my very raw grief story of how I decided to pursue joy after loss and turn my pain into purpose.
If you’ve lost the love of your life, you may be uncertain how you will survive this overwhelming loss. You may even question if you have the energy or desire to try. It's okay to feel this way.
