-300g All purpose flour(3 cups)
-1 Egg (can be omitted/replaced with milk)
-Sugar 5grm or 1 tsp
-6g Instant yeast (1.5tsp)
-baking powder 1 tsp
-3g Salt (1tsp flat)
-1 and half cup Warm milk
-1TBS Unsalted butter at room temperature
✤ Garlic sauce
-2tsp Minced garlic
-2tsp mayonnaise
-1tsp oregano
-2 Egg yolks (can be omitted)
-13g or 2 tbs Unsalted butter at room temperature
✤ Topping
-140g Mozzarella cheese
Coriander
Chilli flakes
✤ TIP
- I baked for 10 minutes at 170°C (338°F) in gas oven
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) in electric oven.
-Fermentation can be done by soaking in warm water.
-The airfryer temperature is similar to that of the oven. Adjust the temperature while looking at the color.
