Oberheim TEO-5 appears to have two oscillators per voice with triangle, saw, and variable pulse waves, as well as oscillator sync and X-Mod. In addition to this, the synth seems to have a sub oscillator and noise. The filter is the classic SEM-style state-variable affair with a continuously variable characteristic from lowpass to notch to highpass. A bandpass mode is also available.
