Design Specs:
Lundahl LL1922 step-up transformer
4P1L directly heated pentode in triode mode, 17V filament bias - no caps
Tube regulated B+ followed by an LC filter (40H/25uF)
Taobao 8:3.5K ohm amorphous C-core output transformer
Lundahl LL2774 headphone output transformer (1/2/4:13.6)
Solid copper wiring, solder: 3% silver, 0.5% copper
Design Goal:
High quality, uncomplicated, if possible directly heated, affordable headphone amp - optimised for desktop use with quality DAC.
