Predict Prostate ([ Ссылка ]) is an individualised multivariable clinical prognostic tool which contextualizes a new non-metastatic prostate cancer diagnosis (and the relative benefits of therapy) against the metrics of both cancer and overall survival at 10 and 15 years. The underlying ethos is to provide evidence based unbiased information which is as bespoke as possible so as to give individual estimates of prognosis. It does not aim to tell men the right decision on whether to have treatment or not, but rather to provide the best baseline information on which further decision making can be made. Perhaps most importantly, it also provides clinicians and health professionals with unbiased and unselected data on which to make informed recommendations to their patients. This is presented as a personalized estimate of prognosis (rather than a group estimate or classifier) and also provides information on the risks and harms from treatment whether that be from surveillance or radical therapy.
