Soak 1 cup Chana Overnight
For the masala - -
1 tbsp Besan
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Water, as required
For Tadka
1 tbsp oil
1 TSP cumin
Hing, a pinch
2 cups kala chana, boiled
1-2 green chillies,chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
To make the spice paste, add all the ingredients mentioned "for the masala" and mix well. Keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, cu seeds and let it splutter. Add the cooked chana, green chillies, curry leaves and the spice paste. Mix well and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot and enjoy 😋
