Easy Weight Loss Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- Desi Ghee
- Onion
- Butter
- Capsicum
- Mushroom
- Spring Onion
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Broccoli
- Coriander Leaves
- Mirchi Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Mixed Herbs
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Oregano
- Rosemary Flakes
- Eggs
- Cheese Slice
Instructions:
Cooking Vegetables: Heat a cast iron pan and add desi ghee. Add finely chopped onion, butter, capsicum, mushroom, spring onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook these well and set aside on a plate.
Preparing Egg Mixture: In a bowl, mix broccoli, onion, coriander leaves, salt, mirchi powder, jeera powder, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, oregano, rosemary flakes, and eggs.
Cooking Pizza: Heat desi ghee in the pan again and pour in the egg mixture. Add a cheese slice on top. Add the cooked vegetable mixture on top of the egg batter. Bake for a few minutes.
