This is a video of preparing delicious Malabar snack Unnakkaya. An authentic recipe from Malabar Muslim community and very popular among all the beloved communities.
Unnakkaya is a very favorite snack of kids and elder once.
All genders like to taste it frequently, the main ingredient is Gods Own Country "Kerala Banana".

INGREDIENTS

Kerala Banana - 3 Big nos
Ghee - 1 tsp
Egg - 3 nos
Raisins - 10 nos
Cashew - 5 nos
Sugar - 3 tbs
Oil (Frying) - 3/4 cup
Oil (Greasing) - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

PREPARATION
First, take 3 Big Kerala Banana and Cut each one into 2 pieces,
After that steam it for 20-25 minutes in Low Flame, then, peel the banana and smash it with fork while it is hot.
Shift smashed banana into a Sawe Maker, squeeze it and take it out to another plate and cover it for cooling.
Mean While, we will make the filling, for Unnakkaya..
Take a bowl add 3 eggs, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well using a fork. Now, the egg mix ready.
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee, add Cashew after the color slightly change add Raisin, then add the egg mix and stir well until it cooks.

Now we can make the Unnakkaya, as shown in the video and fry it., it is the best way to fry.
