This video shows how a cook a pre-cooked ham on a smoker.

The items needed to achieve this task are:
Pre-cooked ham - shank or butt portions
Mustard
Choice of dry rub - I'm using a store bought called, "Pappy's"
Smoker
Charcoal
Wood for smoking - I'm using hickory, but any wood from a fruit bearing tree
Wireless meat thermometer
Spray bottle with liquid for basting - I'm using Pepsi cola

I'm smoking two hams - shank and butt portions. My smoker temp is about 225-230 degrees. My internal temp for my cooked hams is about 140 degrees.

This task took a bit under 9 hours to complete, but it was well worth it.
