Black ICE completely overhauls most national focus trees, changes game mechanics, adds in tons of events, technologies, units and more. It`s far more complex than HOI4 Vanilla but is it also better or too complex? The Unification Wars Mod is a Warhammer 40k Mod. We gonna play the Emperor of Mankind and reunite Earth.
