What do you want in adjustable dumbbells? Quick weight selection? Number of adjustment weight settings? Min and max weight? Ability to not interfere if it rotates in your hand? How about being short when you select a small weight setting rather than having a metal frame stick out? All things considered, I think these are the best all around selectable weights. It can go down to only 10lbs and up to 55lbs in increments of 2.5lbs. The 17.5lb setting is a bit tricky so I show you how to do that in the video.
