Don Hawkins and Robert Voth discuss their methods for turning natural edge bowls.

"We will be showing you how to make a natural edge bowl. We will start with selecting a log and take you through the entire process to the finished bowl. We will not be doing a lot of turning as most of that will have taken place before the meeting. We will have bowls in vari-ous stages of completion to show you how the bowl progresses through the various stages. These bowls are fun to make and can be made with green wood from start to finish without drying the wood. We hope you will enjoy our demonstration and if you have not already done so we hope you will give making a natural edge bowl a try."
