Route 388 runs under CT Plus, or HCT Group, at their Ash Grove (HK) garage, allocated with Enviro400H Cities (25**), and runs between London Bridge and Stratford City via Monument, Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath, Hackney Wick, HereEast and The Copper Box.
