Remember those demos i showcased of the cancelled fangame: Megaman F? Well thanks to the help of a user by the name of Edencrafty127 i was able to find the last of the 3 released demos, this time being Wily Castle stage 1. A demo i thought i would never be able to find.

As for the stage itself, first off i have to say this has without a doubt one of the best musics ive heard in a long while. It has that feeling that basicly says "If you give up, wily WILL take over the world.". Makes you determined to keep going. As for the difficulty, the stage isnt that hard. Sure it has some tricky sections, but it shouldnt be that bad to get through. One thing worth noting though is much like the Magpulseman stage demo, there is no invincibility button or gravity flip option. And yes there is a part where gravity is flipped, but that is done automaticly. So that can make the stage a bit trickier.

The hardest part of the stage? The boss.

The boss is a blue robot which im assuming was supposed to be Wily's prototype version of Zero. So lets call him...uh....Proto-Z.
Proto-Z is really freaking difficult. His attacks are random, they come out really fast, and they can do alot of damage to you. You'd think charge shots would help but considering they get shot out the moment you take damage, you could end up missing him. My best strategy would be for to to spam mega buster bullets, since you dont have weapons, and pray that you beat him before he beats you. Basically, its a damage race. Beating him makes you replay the fight if you want to, much like the Devilman stage demo.

This really was a nice little old gem to uncover. Makes you really wish that the fangame still was in development.
