Learn how to make bubble bath icing. This icing is sugar-free, gets really hard once dry, & is used to decorate with - bath bombs, bubble bars, etc. The bubble bar popsicle tutorial: [ Ссылка ]
Recipe: 100 grams baking soda, 100 grams corn starch, 50 grams SLSa sodium lauryl sulfoacetate (or an alternate: [ Ссылка ]), *15 grams meringue powder (or baking soda) + 30 milliliters fragrance oil, 60 milliliters alcohol, 30 milliliters liquid surfactant (I used cocamidopropyl betaine), *3 milliliters polysorbate 80, *15 milliliters color stabilizer, & *2 milliliters preservative. Items with an Asterix (*) are recommended but optional. Bubble bath icing is susceptible to oxidizing & changing colors, so I recommend a color stabilizer, especially if using a scent that contains vanilla. Wet ingredients with an Asterix (*) may be replaced with a liquid surfactant. The alcohol is to thin out the icing; it slowly evaporates & allows the icing to dry hard.
Sieve dry ingredients together & mix. Mix wet ingredients separately. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Mix on high about 3 minutes. It's going to be very thin at first (like soup), but after a couple minutes, the icing with stiffen up. Once it has stiffened & is able to be piped, divide icing & add liquid colorant to each. Snip a hole at the end of the piping bag; a small one for thin strands of icing. Then fill the bag. Now let your creativity & imagination soar! NOTE: Add sprinkles & decoration immediately after adding icing, while the icing is still wet. Dry icing 24-48 hours; it will be very hard once dry. Drying time depends on how thick your icing is.
