Full Body Session B
Warmup: 2 rounds of rear delt rows and suitcase marches
Day 11 of 50 swings per day: 1 hand kettlebell swings-24kg 10,10,10,10,5,5 = 50 total reps
A1: single leg RDL-10/10, 10/10
A2: pullups-8,8
A3: kettlebell see-saw military press-8,8
B1: incline dumbbell curls-12,8
B2: lying leg curls-15,12
Total time = 31 minutes
I decided to pair the first 3 exercises into a slowly strength circuit and then supersetted my leg & arm biceps at the end of the session.
