Victor Lustig was one of the most famous swindlers of the 20th century. He scammed millions of dollars, sold the Eiffel Tower twice, nearly crashed the American economy by printing counterfeit money, and escaped justice dozens of times thanks to cunning and eloquence. Even the famous gangster Al Capone allegedly became one of Lustig's victims. But every adventurer, sooner or later, runs out of luck.
