1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
30g ( 1 oz ) flaked almonds

( Yogurt cream )
200g ( 1/2 + 1/3 cup ) whipping cream
15g ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) sugar
100g ( 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp ) Greek yogurt

40g ( 1.4 oz ) passion fruit pulp ( from about 1 passion fruit )
250g ( 8.8 oz ) mango

150g ( 5.3 oz ) mango
20g ( 0.7 oz ) passion fruit pulp ( from about half passion fruit )
Powdered sugar / icing sugar
Mint leaves
