So how much does that mean to someone chasing a certain sound? Can you take a Gibson USA lineup guitar with same basic construction and setup that's about 11 years old and create the same sound as you get with a newer Custom Shop guitar? We're gonna find out today, because the Traditional and Custom both have '57 Classics in them and have very similar outputs (7.68R/7.88T for the Traditional and 7.80R/7.80T for the Custom) from the pickups.
