The advantage of having a career fair on campus is that you get to see so many companies all at once. I'm planning on meeting a few companies today specifically the Four Seasons in Milan and Expedia.
From all Les Roches students that we've had they are committed to hospitality and they are very professional. They offer something different, they're creative. It's something that Soho House absolutely loves. That's what we like
about the students here.
It's a very open casual setting where you can approach a company and just talk to them have a nice conversation with them and just get to know the company as well and they can get to know you.
You've got 70 brands here this semester which is incredible in over 150 industry professionals.
Your students are very dynamic and they're responsive and they have an international culture exposure, which is quite important. They have a lot of internship experience of over the world. I really enjoy career day I think it's a great opportunity for students to meet all the companies and also for the companies to see how everyone lives on campus, being involved with the students even a bit more.
I've already met with Bloomberg, IHG China as well as Accor. I'm planning on meeting later Regent and Four Seasons. they're down-to-earth, they're humble but they're ambitious. They have great ideas, they're entrepreneurial. We're not even looking for skillsets we're looking for good students with good personalities. I was looking for an management training position in the F&B department and I found a job in Zuma in Dubai. It's a way to talk to the people that you want to and get the information that is relevant to the person no matter where the student is from with country backgrounds and I think that's a really good opportunity.
