Steps:
1.Download the apk
2.Decompile the downloaded apk
3.Wait for sometime
4.Click Save, this will download the decompiled files
5.Now the file is in zip format, we can unzip it and open in any IDE. Here i'm opening it in Android Studio for better readability
6.We won't get the entire source code as written but we will get something which a developer can understand
