- Reach Out to Customers by Manual dial or connect via centrally managed dialer campaigns and ACD queues.
- Collaborate with team members with the advanced communication of Genesys Cloud such as Confer to a sales expert, Transfer to a team member or to a PCI DSS compliant queue to receive payments.
- Wrap up the conversation by adding notes and choosing a disposition code from those configured in Genesys Cloud. Wrap-Up Data and activity information automatically gets updated against the customer record in Zendesk sell.
- Call backs - Agents can initiate or respond to callbacks to convert lead to a deal faster. Agents can schedule a callback directly or during a voice interaction. At the call back time, agents can dial, transfer, or dismiss a callback placed by a contact.
