The Ultimate Christmas Dinner Film! Roast Turkey and a Range of Delicious Artisan Accompaniments :) [ Ссылка ] .
Hey folks! I've been wanting to make a Christmas Dinner film for a couple of years now, so this year I've bitten the bullet and gone to town making some of my favourite Christmas Dinner foods. This film was made over 2 days in 2022, both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I have scheduled the upload so that it appears on my channel in December 2023, just in time for your own Christmas Dinner preparations, in the hope that it might provide a little inspiration. As well as full recipes with all ingredients, the film is punctuated with terrible Christmas cracker jokes, and me explaining some British Christmas traditions. I really hope you enjoy the film, I put a lot of effort into this one!
The film includes the following food dishes:
Mega Mash: Mashed potatoes, carrots and turnip, with butter and fried onions stirred into the dish, which is then oven baked.
Awesome artisan stuffing: This includes breadcrumbs, crushed chestnuts, carlins, sage, fried onion, tomato puree, garlic puree, chopped mushrooms, sliced pork sausages and basil.
Luxury pigs in blankets: Artisan hot dog sausages, sliced and stuffed with brie, before being wrapped in streaky bacon and cooked in a cranberry, port and sage dressing.
Cauliflower and leaks in a rich cheddar and mozzarella cheese sauce.
Honey roasted parsnips, these are pan fried parsnips which are then drenched in honey and roasted.
Sprouts and bacon, the sprouts are boiled and then fried with bacon.
Roast turkey, which is cooked with butter, olive oil, herbs and honey, with fried onion gravy around the base.
Tasty gravy which is made from the water that the vegetables are cooked in, along with fried onions, port, cranberry sauce and beef gravy granules.
This film is in great detail and takes a project management approach to dinner, enjoy and Merry Christmas!!
