Time for punching and sculpting your upper body!
Grab a set of medium to heavy dumbbells, optional light hand weights and a jump rope for this boxing and sculpting sweat fest. I'll be taking you through 3 total rounds. Each round contains a 3 minute boxing drill (we are just focusing on your punches) working both stances, a 45 second switch stance drill finisher and 3 sets of 1 minute upper body focused strength training peppered between.
Here's the breakdown!
Pre - Fight Warm Up - Grab a jump rope or a set of light hand weights!
Round 1: Boxing Drill + Iso Bicep Curl Hold & Hammer Curl + 45 second Switch Stance Finisher.
Round 2: Boxing Drill + Iso Row Hold & Alternating Triceps Kickbacks + 45 second Switch Stance Finisher.
Round 3: Boxing Drill + Iso Chest Press Hold + Single Arm Pullover + 45 second Switch Stance Finisher.
Post Fight Cool Down
Remember to modify accordingly and listen to your body. BONUS warm-up and coold down provided. Happy sweating!
