1 cup oil

5 green cardamom
1 star anise
6-7 cloves
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup curd
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp white pepper
1 cup coriander
6 green chillies
1 tsp salt
800gm basmati rice
fried onion for garnishing
