This Chinese Fried rice is my go-to meal whenever I need to whip up a quick meal for myself or others.
You don't need extra seasoning when you cook with soy sauce.
You can use any other protein of choice if you don't want to use chicken.
Ingredients
3tbsp. Groundnut oil
2 eggs
1 bulb. Onions
1 clove. Garlic
½ kg. Sliced Chicken
2 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
½ cup. Rice
Sesame oil
1 Bell pepper(Red)
2 Carrots(Sliced)
1 bunch. Spring Onions
