Five Rajya Sabha MPs raised the demand to initiate a Privilege Motion against Raghav Chadha. They alleged that their signatures were fraudulently appended to the proposed select committee on the Delhi Services Bill by the AAP MP, without obtaining their consent. YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy also addressed this matter, confirming that certain members, including a member from his own party, have taken the decision to move a Privilege Motion against Raghav Chadha. Vijayasai Reddy stated, "Raghav Chadha has made specific remarks, and we have refuted those statements. Whenever a resolution is to be put forth, he is required to consult the members whose names are included. However, Raghav Chadha included their names without seeking their input, and even one of our party members' names was added without proper consultation. As a result, several members, including our party representative, have chosen to proceed with the Privilege Motion against Raghav Chadha." Already, a total of five MPs have come forward asserting that their names were mentioned in the proposal put forward by AAP MP Raghav Chadha, aiming to refer the Delhi NCT Amendment Bill to the Select Committee, all without their explicit consent.
