If you're a fan of adding weights to your yoga, or just trying to get a more efficient workout, this 20 minute class is for you! We work the whole body in this one: the core, the shoulders, the biceps, the triceps, and the quads. The moves will first be introduced without weights, and then added in the second time through. I used 3 pound dumbbells, although you could go up or down, or not even use weights at all! Household items as weight substitutes are highly encouraged. Have fun!
