Trouble Shooting: What Can I Do If I Cannot Connect The Aroma Diffuser?
1.Unplug the Aroma Diffuser for two minutes, then plug it back in to power.
2.Long Press the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds until the indicator light works as: 3 quick flashes than a pause/3 quick flashes then a pause/repeat........ Once the Aroma Diffuser repeats this pattern, means that the Aroma Diffuser is ready to pair. (you can check this video to know how the indicator light works: [ Ссылка ])
3. READ CAREFULLY: Your Wi-Fi connection MUST be on the 2.4Ghz frequency on your phone, or it will not connect. If you wish, after you are connected you can go back to the 5Ghz frequency.
4. Now open the Birgus App to add the Aroma Diffuser.
5. Select the "Quick Pairing" and follow the instructions in the app to finish the connection.
ATTENTION: Please just long-press the Wi-Fi button ONE TIME (long press the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds), DON'T press the button more than one time. If you want to try again, please unplug from power to shut down the Aroma Diffuser for two minutes, and then try again. Begin with step “number 1” again!
IMPORTANT: 2.4GHz Cell Phone WiFi Frequency Check: To confirm that your cell phone is using the correct 2.4GHz Wifi frequency needed for pairing, please watch the short Youtube video at [ Ссылка ] or at [ Ссылка ]. Channels 1-13 are 2.4GHz.
