Ryzen 7 5800X3D | RTX 3050 8GB - The RTX 3050 was released last year and was Nvidia's low-end RTX card supposedly for everyone. However, like all the RTX cards on their release date, it wasn't spared by Scalpers and even Miners.

Today, we revisited the RTX 3050 and tested this on Warzone 2, Apex Legends, Fortnite Chapter 4, Valorant and PUBG to see if still viable in 2023. The RTX 3050 was claimed to be Nvidia's answer to the crypto mining craze era, wherein cards were rare and expensive.

We have paired our RTX 3050 with the fastest Ryzen AM4 gaming CPU, the 5800X3D. DLSS Quality has been turned on for Warzone 2, let's see if this low-end RTX 8GB card is still good enough for our competitive games.

As always, all of our testing is based off real-world gameplay, which truly reflects actual performance of the hardware in-game. Here in OverseerPC, we focus more on real world performance rather than charts and controlled benchmark runs - and we tune settings to Competitive.
