Hey guys. Just a quick video. I had been seeing ads for this company for awhile and wanted to give some of their seasonings a try. Remember, as you're on your fitness journey, your nutrition is 80 - 90%. You can't outwork a bad diet. You don't have have to eat bland, boring foods. However, find seasonings that are salt-free, sugar-free, and reduced fat options. I can definitely say that these are legit and I'll be using them throughout the rest of the Pro Physique Transformation Challenge and my OCB Buckeye Natural Prep.
