Even though Artaria is frozen over, it is possible to backtrack through it to reach the Screw Attack with a precise diagonal Shinespark, a tricky bomb jump, and knowledge of various Morph Ball shortcuts. Towards the end, you have to do a complex Infinite Bomb Jump quickly to make it through the ceiling. This video shows how to accomplish that trick.
