These Cupcakes will stay moist for days due to the addition of oil and buttery rich taste due to butter. Also, the technique used in making will ensure fluffy cupcakes everytime!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Milk , full fat
1/4 Cup | 60g Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs, at room temp
3/4 Cup superfine Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tsp Vegetable Oil

Makes around 8-9 Big Sized Cupcakes depending on the size of your liner.
