The Brahmajala Sutta, or The Discourse on the All-Embracing Net of Views, is the first sutra of the Digha Nikaya, Sutta Pitaka, Pali Tripitaka Canon. In it, the Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, asserts that the belief in eternalism, annihilationism, and other views, are conditioned by clinging, and cannot lead to spiritual liberation.
