In this video I'm going to give you a 90 MPH baseball pitchers workout that will help you increase your throwing velocity in just 6 - 8 weeks. It's no secret that throwing velocity is one of the keys to getting noticed in baseball as a pitcher. Which is why as a pitching coach for over the last 25 years decided to create this video that shows you what exercises to consider and show examples on how to do them. First thing, the exercises in this video will help pitchers throw harder and faster increasing velocity getting to 90 mph or more on their fastball. You set the weight limits and try to do the workout for 6 - 8 weeks. One thing to add here is try and work in long toss as much as you can. That will help you get to 90 mph throwing velocity as well.
